Larissa Dynnikova, Dr of Medical QiGong (China) has been studying QiGong for 17 years; she is a professional member of National QiGong Association. She is an active QiGong instructor, teaching individual (personalized based on health conditions), and group QiGong exercises, Daoist breathing techniques and meditation, including a number of different QiGong styles.
QiGong class for beginners is offered at 10 am every Saturday.
